Acknowledgement Form


Very Important Information you should read and acknowledge:


 •ALMC shall not declutter any areas of your home unless you paid for the service to be rendered. If you have clutter on your tables, beds, chairs, we will not remove it to clean the area. (Book the decluttering/organization service if this applies to you)

 •ALMC does not service the following: Inside dishwashers, garbage disposals, vinyl blinds, damaged blinds, chipped, peeling, or flat paint, grates, oven oil catches, air ducts, inside of washers/dryers, inside of vents, the exterior of the home which include exterior windows, crawl spaces, unfinished attics, unfinished basements or homes that may have a rodent/pests/insect infestation of any kind.

 •ALMC have provided each cleaner with all cleaning supplies, an identification button and appropriate PPE to include shoe covers, masks, and gloves. (Masks will be utilized at the discretion of the cleaner and or upon request of the client.)

 •ALMC requires that you DO NOT utilize your cleaning day to declutter, organize or clean. When the cleaners are present, they clean per the cleaning checklist without interruption. We do not share our cleaning supplies or wait for the client to finish their tasks for us to complete our job. We will skip the room or area at your expense.

 •If you prefer we utilize your cleaning supplies, we will oblige. We shall not assume responsibility if your product damage your property and/or does not meet your cleaning standard. We back our products only.

 •ALMC strongly encourage new clients to look over their homes/property prior to the cleaners leaving. This ensures complete satisfaction. If there is an area of concern please utilize that time to have it corrected. If you fail to check your home you forfeit receiving money back, however we are more than willing to return (schedule permitting) to address the issue.

 •ALMC will take photographs and videos of your home/business to document our work. It will be displayed on ALMC’s social media and other platforms to promote our company. We will not disclose the clients identity, personals or family photographs. You may request that your photographs are not posted. We will oblige.

. All deposits will be forfeited if you cancel your scheduled clean with A Little Moore Clean. No Exceptions

 *Pet Clause *

  • Although pet friendly, A Little Moore Clean will not be liable for any injuries, death or loss of a pet that is not adequately restrained during our visit.
