Important Service Information, Please Read Before Booking

ALMC we want to ensure you receive the best cleaning experience possible. To help us do that, please note the following:

**Decluttering**

Our team does not move or remove clutter (such as items on tables, beds, or chairs) unless you have booked our Decluttering & Organization Service.

If areas are covered with personal items, we will clean around them but will not relocate or organize belongings.

**Services Not Provided**

For safety, efficiency, and quality reasons, ALMC does not clean or service the following:

Inside dishwashers, garbage disposals, washers, or dryers

Vinyl blinds, damaged blinds, chipped/peeling/flat paint, or grates

Oven oil catch trays

Air ducts, vents, or crawl spaces

Exterior of the home, including outside windows

Unfinished attics or unfinished basements

**Supplies & Professional Appearance**

ALMC provides all cleaning products and equipment necessary to complete your service. Our cleaners arrive in uniform with the company logo and wear appropriate PPE, including shoe covers, gloves, and masks. (Masks will be worn at the discretion of the cleaner or upon client request.)

**Client Guidelines During Service**

To ensure we can provide the highest quality cleaning, we kindly ask that clients do not use their scheduled cleaning time to purge, organize, or clean alongside our team. Our cleaners follow a detailed checklist to complete services efficiently and without interruption. Please note, we do not share our cleaning supplies or pause while clients complete tasks. If an area cannot be cleaned due to client activity, it will be skipped, and the regular service fee will still apply.

**Use of Client Cleaning Supplies**

If you prefer that we use your personal cleaning products, we are happy to do so. However, ALMC cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by your products, nor can we guarantee results when using supplies we do not provide. We only stand behind the effectiveness and safety of our own products.

**Client Walkthrough & Satisfaction Guarantee**

We strongly encourage new clients to walk through their home or property before our cleaners leave. This allows us to address any concerns immediately to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you choose not to do a walkthrough, you forfeit eligibility for a refund. However, we are happy to return (schedule permitting) to correct the issue.

**Photographs & Media Use:**

ALMC may take photographs or videos of your home or business to document our work. These may be shared on our social media platforms and other marketing materials. We will never disclose your identity, personal belongings, or family photographs. If you prefer that no images of your property are posted, simply let us know and we will gladly honor your request.

**Cancellation Policy:**

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel a scheduled cleaning, your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

**Pet Policy:**

While ALMC is pet-friendly, we cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or death of a pet that is not properly secured during our visit. We kindly ask that pets be safely restrained prior to our arrival.
